A living trust will is a Will that is used in conjunction with an estate plan that utilizes revocable living trusts. Its main function is generally to provide that any assets be transferred on death to the revocable living trust. Normally, assets would have been transferred into the trust when it began operating and as assets are acquired over the years. But, just in case a transfer was missed during lifetime, this Will ensures the asset still gets into the trust.
