Getting Help Fast

I work with businesses as a technical resource for Epicor ERP system implementations. My current client is attempting to resolve some business issues and cannot find a solution that addresses the issues that are acceptable to all involved parties. They have been working to resolve this issue for several weeks and not making much progress. I knew Mike would be able to discuss options and help them understand the best business process for them because I?ve worked with him before and saw what he can do with different teams.

I spoke with Mike a few weeks ago and set a time for a conference call with the client's teams. Mike clearly and concisely articulated three paths to a solution and gave the pros and cons of each option. He then did something I was not expecting. He said that none of those solutions would be the best for the organization.

He then explained what it would take to create the business solution, as he explained it. My client is going to work to resolve the issue with the long terms goals of the organization in mind. In the meantime, they will use one of the three proposed solutions until we can implement the business solution. It involves using other pieces of the ERP System they were not using! Thanks, Mike, you did your magic again!
