There are so many that we couldn't begin to list them here and maintain links to all of them - they come and go quickly.

We recommended Business Plan Pro by Palo Alto. They also have a very extensive section of free business plan samples. Click on this logo to view.

Another good source with free sample business plans is the BizMove.com site supporting their Small Business CD.

And if any of our visitors to this site are actually hoping to geta true, complete free business plan, well, you might well findthe offer that one will be provided. But if there are no stringsattached, why would anyone put in the effort to produce a realbusiness plan if they will get nothing in return? You will either"get what you pay for" or "get tangled in a lot of strings."

The bottom line of our suggestions is that free business plans can be a good first step to help you, but you will likely want to use a more powerful package (it will cost) in order to complete the project.
