Olivia Munoz Mickalonis spent her childhood in San Antonio TX.

The daughter of a police officer, she grew up in a bi-cultural home - Hispanic-American.

After college, she served as a congressional aide, a CIA analyst and as a military intelligence officer in the US Army. She was injured on duty and is a service connected disabled veteran.

Olivia was one of only eight Landscape Architects working for the Department of the Army world-wide, and one of three stationed in the US.

She worked as the Resident Landscape Architect for Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah.

For her service, she was given a personal Letter of Appreciation by the Garrison Commander, COL Kevin Milton.

The Director of Public Works, Robert Baumgardt, gave her the Commander’s Award for Civilian Service.

In 2012 she launched Green Management Strategies, LLC, a female owned business headquartered in Atlanta GA.

Green Management Strategies assists businesses, schools, churches and other organizations to develop sustainability programs.

GMS acts as a landscape consultant to businesses, private homeowners and HOAs.

GMS also works with general contractors and sub-contractors when they are bidding on government contracts and are seeking partners for their Set Aside Program.
